Check-in was smooth, and the breakfast offered many tasty choices. the central station is within walking distance, which i found very useful. also, i sent my suitcase to another city using the porter service. They were very careful.
the bathroom floor had water due to a leaking sink, a bit of a nuisance. i hope they fix this soon.

The hotel has a central location I found convenient. A tram stop was close by for easy access. I could walk to the castle and harbour from the hotel.
The breakfast area felt cramped I thought. It was hard to get to the food. The hotel seemed like it needed some updates. Some lights flickered near the entrance.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options. I especially liked the fresh fruit. I appreciated the central location with easy access to public transportation. Bus stops were just outside. The room was clean and provided the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff gave helpful directions and were quick when i needed something.
The hallway carpet showed some wear.

the staff was friendly. the breakfast was very good each morning, and it offered lots of choice. rooms were quite spacious. beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom had underfloor heating.
one lift was occupied by a cleaner and trolley. she did not even look up from her phone while new guests waited. rooms are tired. paintwork is shabby and ancient furniture is worn.

The hotel's location made city exploration easy. I found the breakfast delicious with a variety of options. The staff assisted me with directions , and I really liked the bathtub in my room. The Business King Studio had a comfy bed.
I noticed the corridors were not always perfectly hoovered.
